Our Team Coaching is a highly interactive experience designed to help teams make substantial progress toward becoming more cohesive.

Through a series of select assessments and activities, each team member is highly engaged in assessing their strengths and areas for improvement and learning to collectively overcome the many barriers that prevent trust, focused commitment, and accountability from flourishing.

Workshop Design

  • The workshop is conducted in four half-day sessions over ten to twelve weeks.

In sequence, each half-day session covers Building Vulnerability-Based trust, Mastering Productive Conflict, Achieving Collective Commitment, Embracing Personal & Team Accountability, and behaving in ways to ensure Results.

  • In addition, Team Coaching is provided for 6 months and is targeted at the ONE team behavior identified in support of the Team’s Strategic Goal.

Over this period, the Team will be observed during two of their meetings to assist them in applying and reinforcing the concepts learned and behaviors identified.

  • This team initiative concludes with a quantitative evaluation measuring the amount of behavioral change at both the team and team member levels, calculating ROI for the organization, and specific strategies to sustain team cohesiveness going forward.
